Thursday Broker's Tour
The weekly Broker's Tour gives Realtors a chance to see properties that are new on the market. But it's also perfectly fine for you, a Buyer, to visit homes on the Broker's Tour. It gives you a great jump start on new listings! You just show up at the designated time, tell the hosting agent that Holly Rose sent you, and they will invite you inside to take a look around.
The Thursday Broker's Tour includes properties from North Oakland through Berkeley, Albany, Kensington, El Cerrito and Richmond. Properties North of University Avenue are generally open 10:00 to 12:00, and properties South of University are generally open 11:00 to 1:00. If you would like me to include you in the tour sheet distribution which I send out every Thursday morning, just drop me an email.
